3. Counter-Notice

If you believe that content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice with sufficient detail for us to review the claim. Include the removed material, the page it appeared on, your contact information, and a statement explaining why you believe the removal was incorrect.

4. Review Process

We may remove or disable access to content while a claim is being reviewed. We may also contact the reporting party, the relevant content source, or the responding party when necessary to clarify a request.

5. Important Note

Knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing may expose a claimant to legal liability. Please submit notices only when you have a good faith basis for doing so.
